"Concierge Mobile Anesthesia Expert - Where Safe Dreams Come To You."
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our mobile anesthesia services
Mobile anesthesia involves bringing hospital-grade anesthesia services directly to dental, oral surgery, or medical offices. I provide safe, in-office sedation and anesthesia, eliminating the need for a hospital or surgery center visit while maintaining the same standards of care.
I provide a full range of anesthesia options, including:
- Local anesthesia (in coordination with your provider)
- Monitored Anesthesia Care and IV Sedation
- Regional Anesthesia
- General anesthesia
The type of anesthesia used depends on the procedure, your medical history, comfort level, and collaboration between your provider and anesthesia team.
Office-based anesthesia is safe when delivered by experienced anesthesia professionals using hospital-grade equipment and monitoring. I am a board-certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) trained in outpatient and office-based settings. Patients are carefully evaluated beforehand and continuously monitored before, during, and after the procedure.
I follow nationally recognized standards for office-based anesthesia care, monitoring, and emergency preparedness.
Your procedure will take place in your provider's office or a designated outpatient setting. I bring all necessary anesthesia equipment, medications, and monitoring tools directly to the location.
That depends on the type of anesthesia selected. Some patients receive IV sedation and remain relaxed but responsive, while others receive deep sedation or general anesthesia and are fully asleep. I will review the safest and most appropriate option with you prior to your procedure.
Recovery varies based on the type of anesthesia used. Many patients feel groggy or tired initially, with effects gradually wearing off over several hours. Most patients return home the same day and resume normal activities within 24 hours, although you may need someone to drive you home and stay with you for a short period.
Yes. Medical conditions and medications can affect anesthesia planning. I conduct a thorough pre-anesthesia review of your health history and medications to ensure anesthesia is delivered safely and appropriately. Additional testing or medical clearance may be required in some cases.
You will receive specific pre-procedure instructions, which may include:
- Fasting guidelines
- Medication instructions or adjustments
- Required labs or medical clearance
- Transportation arrangements (a responsible adult must drive you home)
Following these instructions is important for your safety.
Yes. When provided by pediatric-experienced anesthesia professionals, office-based anesthesia can be safely administered to children. I specialize in pediatric anesthesia and use age-appropriate medications, monitoring, and recovery protocols to ensure safe and compassionate care.
I will remain with you throughout the entire procedure, continuously monitoring vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and breathing. Your safety is my sole responsibility from start to finish.
I operate as a fee-for-service (cash-based) provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a detailed statement or superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
Anesthesia costs vary based on procedure length, anesthesia type, medical complexity, and required equipment. I provide clear estimates in advance so you understand what to expect. Payment is typically due 5 to 8 days prior to the scheduled procedure.
You will be monitored in the office during recovery until you are stable. Most patients go home the same day. Post-anesthesia care instructions will be provided to support a safe recovery.

I provide IV sedation, deep sedation, general anesthesia, and regional anesthesia as appropriate for office-based and outpatient procedures.
Anesthesia selection is based on the procedure, patient medical history, ASA classification, anxiety level, and recovery considerations. I collaborate closely with referring providers to recommend the safest and most effective anesthesia plan.
Patients undergo a pre-anesthesia assessment to evaluate risk factors and determine suitability for office-based anesthesia. When necessary, additional medical clearance or testing may be requested to ensure patient safety.
I bring hospital-grade anesthesia equipment to every case, including advanced monitoring, airway management tools, emergency medications, and oxygen delivery systems. All equipment meets or exceeds current safety standards.
I work directly with your office to coordinate scheduling, patient instructions, and pre-operative requirements. This streamlines workflows and reduces administrative burden for your team.
I specialize exclusively in office-based and mobile anesthesia. This focused approach allows for deeper expertise in outpatient settings, streamlined coordination with providers, and personalized anesthesia care for each patient. I am dedicated solely to office-based anesthesia delivery, safety, and efficiency.
Billing is based on anesthesia type, procedure duration, and patient complexity. I provide clear billing guidelines, including minimum fee expectations, upfront to avoid surprises.
Mobile anesthesia allows patients to receive care in a familiar office setting while maintaining hospital-level safety standards. Benefits include improved scheduling flexibility, reduced patient stress, and greater procedural efficiency.
By integrating anesthesia services directly into your practice, procedures can be completed efficiently while maintaining safety. My dedicated anesthesia presence allows clinical teams to focus on patient care while anesthesia management is handled seamlessly.
